Position: Family Support Lead

Salary: £30559

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (We are open to compressed or reduced hours)

 

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of families in our community? The Sutton Centre is looking for dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team to lead on the delivery of the HOME Project.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Support parents and carers in developing their parenting skills, providing space and opportunity for them to share their experiences.

- Support and encourage involvement of families, parents and children in appropriate groups, responding flexibly to the needs of families..

- Establish positive and meaningful relationships with families

- Provide support and encouragement to families

- Identify and respond to the needs of local families

- Advocate for families and connect them to essential services.
